Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Massage is a hands on, therapeutic approach that uses an integration of traditional Thai medicine and acupuncture, assisted yoga poses, energy healing and Ayurvedic principles.

Myofascial ReleaseÂ
Fascia is the connective tissue that encases the human body and every muscle and organ within it. Healthy fascia is smooth, flexible and well-lubricated. During a myofascial release massage, a practitioner uses their hands, cupping tools and other massage devices to smooth out and restore the fascia.

Promotes good circulation and blood flow, reduces pain, releases blocks.
